About

Local experience. Real-world troubleshooting.

My background runs through military intelligence, telecom support, and field network work. I've spent years dealing with broken service, bad wiring, weak Wi-Fi, confused setups, and the kind of technical problems that waste half a day before anybody even finds the cause.

I've handled customer support, signal issues, router and Wi-Fi problems, device setup, and onsite troubleshooting in real homes and small business environments. I also tend to notice the weak spots early, which helps when a simple issue turns out to be part of a bigger mess.

If you need somebody local who can show up, figure out what is actually wrong, and get things pointed back in the right direction, that is where I fit best.

Service call first. Then real scope.

I do not use canned service packages because that is not how this work actually goes. The service call is $40 for me to come out, look at the problem, and start working. After that, the rest is priced from the real work involved instead of a fake menu.

  • There is a $40 service call to come out, assess the issue, and start working.
  • If the fix is quick, great. If it turns into deeper work, I bill from the actual time and scope involved.
  • Parts, replacement hardware, and special materials are separate when needed.
  • I would rather look at the real problem first than pretend every job fits a canned price sheet.
Good to know

Some calls are simple. Some turn into cleanup, replacement, cabling, or account recovery. I'd rather tell you the truth after I see it than sell a neat-looking number that does not match the job.
